Join a weekly virtual gathering geared toward neurospicy parents -- or anyone who feels overwhelmed and could use some support!
Our sessions will include the following:
10 minutes of meditation, a yoga pose, and intention-sharing
35 minutes of body
doubling activity (mics will be muted, cameras on or off. Host camera stays on.)
5-minute closing circle
